Returning Students’ Registration Dates Need Clarification
The live calendar contains two different entries affecting the registration deadline:
- A course-registration period of 26 October–6 November 2026.
- A separate entry stating that course registration ends on 27 November 2026.
The calendar does not explain the relationship between these dates or identify the later period as late registration. Returning students should plan to complete registration within the 26 October–6 November window and seek clarification from the university before relying on 27 November.

The dates above are reproduced as published; the session labels require clarification from UNIMED.

What UNIMED Students Should Do
Fresh students should complete registration within 12–23 October 2026 and prepare for lectures on 26 October. Returning students should prepare to resume on 25 October, begin registration on 26 October, and attend lectures from 2 November.
For second semester, keep 5 April 2027 as the start date and 12 April 2027 as the lecture commencement date. The late-registration period listed online ends on 16 April 2027.
The calendar gives examination periods, but it does not provide individual course examination dates, times or venues. Students should use the separate examination timetable when it is issued. Similarly, result-processing and Senate meeting dates should not be treated as guaranteed dates when every student’s results will become available.
