Step-by-Step Collection Process
Step 1: Make Payment
- Visit ABU Microfinance Bank (the only authorized payment point)

Step 2: Get Clearance
- Present payment tellers at the University Cash Office in Senate Building (Room 014C)
- Also submit payment proof at the Alumni Office (Senate Building)
- Obtain clearance form from Room 115, Academic Affairs Office
- Proceed to 3rd Floor, Room 305A, Senate Building for validation of clearance
Step 3: Collect Certificate
- Present your signed clearance form and payment receipts to designated officers in the Academic Affairs Office
- Bring your original student ID card for verification
- Collect your certificate in person (proxy collection is prohibited)
