Step 1: Make Payment

  • Visit ABU Microfinance Bank (the only authorized payment point)
  • Pay all three fees totaling ₦12,000
  • Collect your payment receipts and tellers

Step 2: Get Clearance

  1. Present payment tellers at the University Cash Office in Senate Building (Room 014C)
  2. Also submit payment proof at the Alumni Office (Senate Building)
  3. Obtain clearance form from Room 115, Academic Affairs Office
  4. Proceed to 3rd Floor, Room 305A, Senate Building for validation of clearance

Step 3: Collect Certificate

  • Present your signed clearance form and payment receipts to designated officers in the Academic Affairs Office
  • Bring your original student ID card for verification
  • Collect your certificate in person (proxy collection is prohibited)
