IMT Enugu Admission List 2026/2027: How to Check JAMB CAPS

The Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu admission list for 2026/2027 has been reported released on JAMB CAPS. Candidates who applied for admission should log in to their JAMB profiles to check whether they have received an offer and confirm the course offered.

The release was reported by Myschool on 19 October 2026. Your individual CAPS status is what confirms whether you have been offered admission.

How to Check IMT Enugu Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

You will need the email address and password linked to your JAMB profile.

  1. Visit the JAMB e-Facility portal.
  2. Log in with your registered email address and password.
  3. Select Check Admission Status.
  4. Select your examination year and enter your JAMB registration number where required.
  5. Click Access my CAPS.
  6. Open Admission Status to view your offer.

Check the institution and course displayed before taking any action.

If the CAPS menu does not display properly on your phone, switch your browser to Desktop site and reload the page.

What Your CAPS Status Means

Admitted: You have received an admission offer. Review the details and follow JAMB’s acceptance instructions if you want the place.

Admission in Progress: Your admission has not yet reached the final admitted stage. Check again for an update.

Not Admitted: No approved admission offer is currently showing on your profile. This status alone does not establish that IMT has concluded its admission exercise.

JAMB’s official support guidance advises candidates whose offers have not reflected to check their O’Level results, institutional recommendation and any pending transfer offer.

What to Do After Receiving an IMT Admission Offer

Once your status changes to Admitted:

  1. Confirm the course offered. Make sure you understand the programme before accepting.
  2. Complete JAMB’s admission acceptance process. Follow the current instructions provided for your offer.
  3. Print your JAMB admission letter once acceptance is recorded and the letter becomes available.
  4. Check IMT’s portal for your institutional admission letter and registration instructions.
  5. Follow the school’s acceptance-fee instructions and keep copies of your receipts and completed forms.

Accepting an offer through JAMB and paying IMT’s acceptance fee are separate steps. Complete the applicable requirements on both systems.

IMT’s official portal explains that admitted candidates can obtain their institutional admission letters through its admission checker and use the login details supplied on the letter to access the acceptance process.

Can You Also Check Admission on the IMT Portal?

IMT has an official admission result checker.

The checker requests an application number and includes payment, PIN and serial-number fields. Follow the instructions displayed for your application.

The existence of this checker does not confirm that every 2026/2027 offer is already available there. For this CAPS update, check your JAMB profile first, then follow IMT’s instructions for school documentation.

If You Have Not Been Admitted

Check that your O’Level results are correctly uploaded on CAPS. If they are missing or incorrect, seek assistance from a JAMB-accredited CBT centre.

Also check Transfer Approval for any proposed course change. Read the details carefully before deciding whether to accept it.

Continue checking your status and the official IMT portal for further instructions. Do not assume that another candidate’s offer means every applicant’s status must update at the same time.

No acceptance-fee amount, payment deadline or complete batch coverage is confirmed in this update. Use the instructions attached to your admission offer and IMT’s official portal before making payments.
