About Ekiti State University

Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado-Ekiti, traces its origins to 30 March 1982, when it was established as a campus of Obafemi Awolowo University under the administration of the old Ondo State before later becoming a full-fledged, independent state university. It is owned by the Ekiti State Government, accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC), and offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across faculties including Medicine, Law, Engineering, Pharmacy, Sciences, and the Humanities.

EKSU runs an entirely document-based Post-UTME screening — candidates are not required to sit any written or computer-based test. Your final aggregate is calculated from your JAMB UTME score and your O’Level results.
