Eligibility Criteria for FULAFIA Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening
General Requirements:
- O’ Level Credits: A minimum of five (5) O’Level credits, including relevant subjects for the chosen course, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- UTME Score: A minimum UTME score of 170.
- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS): 230+
- Medical Laboratory Science (MLS): 220+
- Nursing, Radiography: 210+
- Human Anatomy, Physiology: 200+
- First Choice Institution: Candidates must have chosen FULAFIA as their first choice during the UTME registration.
- Direct Entry Candidates: Must submit both O’Level results and higher qualifications (ND, NCE, IJMB, etc.).

How to Apply for FULAFIA Post-UTME/DE Screening
Follow these steps to apply for the screening exercise:
Step 1: Account Creation
- Visit the FULAFIA Portal and click on “Apply.”
- Select Post UTME Application 2024/2025.
- Enter your JAMB Number, valid email address, and create a password. Click Proceed.
Step 2: Payment of Screening Fee
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening fee using Remita.
- Available payment methods include Mastercard, USSD, Internet Banking, and eWallet.
- If needed, log in again to verify payment.
Step 3: Complete the Application Form
- Enter your SSCE details (including scratch card information if required).
- Review all data to ensure accuracy.
- Submit and print a copy of the application summary and payment receipts for future reference.

- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 16 years old by October 2024.
- Document Consistency: Ensure all documents (SSCE, JAMB, etc.) bear the same name to avoid disqualification.
